About MarTech LA

MarTech LA, LLC is a Los Angeles based growth systems firm for home service companies that run ServiceTitan. We build and operate the system that connects ServiceTitan data to Meta, Yelp, and Google ads, so that targeting is driven by real customer records and results are measured in invoiced revenue instead of clicks or leads.

What we do

We connect the operational data inside ServiceTitan to the ad platforms that spend on it. Customer records are enriched with property and wealth signals, scored every night for replacement likelihood and lifetime value, and grouped into segments. When a segment crosses a threshold, campaigns activate across Meta, Yelp, Google, SMS, and email. Attribution closes from ad impression to booked job to invoice, by division, zip code, and week. The system that runs this is called Natit.

Who we work with

Home service operators running ServiceTitan, typically between $20M and $125M in annual revenue, with multiple service divisions and existing spend on Meta, Yelp, and Google. If a company is under $5M or runs a different field platform, we say so up front.

From the founder

Nick Morales, Managing Director, has spent the last several years building growth systems for home service companies operating at scale. The work started with demand generation and attribution, moved into AI and automation, and landed on one specific problem: how to take a company that runs ServiceTitan and already spends real money on paid ads, and connect those two things in a way that closes to invoiced revenue.

The first system built this way covered eight service divisions and 58,000 customer records enriched with property and wealth signals. Cost per lead dropped more than 30% after suppressing geography that was not converting, and attribution closed from ad impression to booked job to invoice across Meta and Yelp in a single view.
